PLAYING SMALL

It's easy to be underestimated, and it can be so frustrating, especially when you know you have more experience and skills than those doing it. But it's even worse when that person is you.

Have you felt that internal fight?

The one that lays deep in your soul, telling you to move, but something leaves you stuck.

You are not alone, and that is why my workshop Stop Playing Small exists.

I've felt that frustration myself, and we all know it doesn't lead us anywhere successful.

When I launched my coaching business and The Solo Woman community, it came at a time when I needed change myself. What I was doing wasn't really working, and there was a realisation that not only had I changed, but the world had too.

This realisation often sits in all of us, but we tick along, not always really knowing how to shift. This can be harder if the situation has been going on for quite some time, whether personal or professional. Maybe you've been in the same job, relationship or social circle for a while, and it feels stuck.

Sometimes we feel stifled by indecision.

But here's what I know. The internal fight doesn't go away by ignoring it. It goes away when you decide to back yourself, when you flip the question from what could go wrong to what could go right.
